You'll own the Sales function for your regional territory and partner with Sales support to ensure that prospects become clients. You'll be responsible for an individual annual revenue target that contributes to the overall annual Sales Team's target. Kimco has a solid footprint in the janitorial services market and yet there's a lot of Regional Accounts business to be won: REITs; property management firms; healthcare facilities; educational institutions; commercial A & B; and warehousing enterprises.

  • Conduct monthly review of Sales Performance for trends by service categories and vertical channels. Utilize data, strategic conversations, and field work to understand sales performance.

  • Determine areas for improvement and develop action plans to realize sales growth opportunities.

  • Conduct regular business reviews. Present forecasts for upcoming closed business and overall sales execution status to Sales Executive team.

  • Work with Sales support and VP of Sales to develop more effective sales collateral.

  • As a key member of the Sales Team, recommend improvements to overall Sales and Marketing strategy and execution planning.

  • 40% - 50% travel required.
