Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a VDC | Project Manager to inspire excellence and drive innovation by utilizing high-quality BIM content. Join us in building a better future together. Responsibilities:

  1. Executing high quality BIM content for the VDC Department, project teams and other support departments.
  2. Manage project 3D spatial coordination including BIM schedule, scope and supporting files/models.
  3. Provide support for VDC staff on all BIM enabled projects.
  4. Adhere to implemented processes but also assist in improving VDC workflows.
  5. Attend and participate in departmental meetings, goals and objectives.
  6. Maintain knowledge of industry trends in VDC techniques and procedures.
  7. Continually improve skills of management, communication and creativity.
  8. Mentoring VDC Specialists and project team members.
  9. Support VDC department initiatives and objects/key results.

Experience:

  1. Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or higher; 4-5 years of field or VDC experience.
