Job Details for Customer Service Representatives:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• *8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm
• Pay Rate: $16.50-17/hr
• Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representatives:

• Review documentation and checking for quality
• Respond to customers via incoming email and phone
• Follow-up on in progress orders
• Assist customers by resolving issues

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience preferred but all considered (customer service, office assistant, call center, administrative assistant, receptionist, retail management, mortgage/financial industry experience, etc)
