Job Description

MAXIMUS is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our call center hiring initiative(s) across the United States. The Recruiting Coordinator will with closely with other team members to manage the day-to-day recruitment efforts and strategies, maintaining full interview schedules and engaging with candidates and our team on a day to day basis in this high volume call center environment.

Job Responsibilities:

•High volume outbound calling and texting to candidates and leads to schedule interviews for customer service positions.
•Create a pipeline of Customer Service candidates’ leveraging innovative ideas and approaches to find top talent.
•Aggressively source resume databases to schedule and conduct interviews.
•Generates and manages job postings on internal and external sourcing platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness of posting.
•Coordinates interview logistics between candidates, recruiters and business to efficiently pair talent with open positions.
•Responds to inquiries from applicants, recruiters and hiring managers regarding status of job openings.
•Supports coordination and preparation of recruiting events, as needed.
•Works with Recruiting Team to ensure a high level of customer service, internal and external, in recruiting processes.
•Generates internal requisition workflows in HR Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), ensuring correct approval flow and compliance with OFCCP requirements.
•Assumes primary responsibility for accurately entering data into recruitment databases, generating reports, correspondence, schedules, and other data requests from recruitment database, as requested.
•Perform additional assignments per management’s direction

Qualifications:
•High School Diploma with 0-2 years of experience.
•May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
•Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
•Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
•Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
•Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:
•MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
•1-2 years’ experience with a full-cycle recruiting process from application to hire
•Strong understanding of sourcing for active and passive candidates.
•Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • High School Diploma with 0-2 years of experience.
  • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
  • Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
  • Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
  • Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.
