Organization Seeks Customer Service Representative! OfficeTeam is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a distinct skill set to expand their career. This could be the long-term temporary-to-full-time Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you can work in Windsor Locks, Connecticut! How you will make an impact - Organize and route incoming telephone calls - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Field and send out send written business correspondence - By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Job Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required - Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Proven knowledge of Create Reports - Solid understanding of customer service - Experience with ordering office supplies and equipment - SAP experience preferred - Deep understanding of data entry - Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience preferred - 2+ years of past relevant experience - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Proficient with diversified computer software and systems - Customer service and office administrative skills If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
