Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their operations team. This role is a year long contract in Latham, NY. 

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Transcription, editing and proofreading of confidential correspondence
  • Maintain client database and report preparation
  • Prepare travel expense and billing allocation reports
  • Document management and archiving


Requirements: 

  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executives
  • Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm is required
  • Transcription experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Organized, enthusiastic, and professional individual
