Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, accountable for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all inquiries received. The associate will need to be tasked oriented as their skill sets will be modified throughout the day. The associate is expected to handle calls for all plans serviced within the contact center. The basic knowledge of this associate would include but not limited to member and/or provider phone calls, correspondence regarding benefit, eligibility, claims inquiry, or customer issues. Follows internal processes and procedures to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
