-Inspects all jobs in various phases of completion. This includes all incoming and outgoing mechanical inspections.
-Verifies plating testing on incoming inspections, cleanliness, environmental, and leak testing on outgoing inspections.
-Performs and verifies FOD inspections.
-Performs and verifies cleanliness testing on outgoing inspections.
-Assures thermal shock, temperature, altitude and high power testing has been performed where applicable.
-Interfaces with Director of Operations and Production Manager as needed to resolve quality issues.
-Ensures all forms, MSD sheets, labels (poison, expiration) and records are complete and current.
-Use of electrical test equipment such as volt/ohm meters, oscilloscopes, continuity and Hipot testers
-Duties also include Inspection of in-process and final products for compliance to drawings.

- Inspections are a combination of electrical, mechanical, and visual.
- Must be able to speak and read English and interpret, drawings, Manufacturing Procedures, Military Specifications, Schematics, and Wire Lists.
- Must be self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
- Acquire specific certifications such as J- Std-001E soldering or Mil-Std-454
- Associates Degree and three years experience with Quality Management
