Job Summary: Leads Funds Management employees, ensuring productivity is at an optimum level and that service levels are met. Provides a high level of customer service to all. Performs procedure writing, validation and ensures their integrity. Conducts workflow analysis and assists in maintaining employee work schedules and department intranet sites. Responsible for processing customer domestic and international wire transfer requests, including quoting foreign rates. Advises and assists customers and correspondent banks in matters pertaining to wire transfer instructions. Stays informed on legal and compliance issues pertaining to payments and communicates message deliveries from SWIFT. Must be able to assess high-level risk and follow established procedures to mitigate risk. Also performs various duties associated with financial analysis, auditing, and documentation. Works with various core and online banking systems. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's character qualities.

Essential Functions:

* All expectations described in the job description's essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
* Provides backup coverage for all positions within the department, daily or as specified.
* Performs workflow analysis to ensure the most efficient and effective processes are in place on a continual basis to ensure service levels are at an optimum.
* Provides feedback and suggestions to management for procedure writing and workflow enhancements.
* Accurately and efficiently create, edit, and follow established procedures.
* Assists with training new and existing employees on new or current processes.
* Assists Funds Management Supervisor with tracking, reporting, audits, UAT testing, and special projects as appropriate.
* Navigate internal software programs to successfully send wire transfer requests.
* Handle all transactions with the highest degree of security and confidentiality.
* Respond to internal and external customer service requests in a timely manner.
* Review wire transfer orders for fraudulent activity, scams and other high-risk situations and report these situations to management.
* Research funds transfer request(s) for the compliance and/or legal department.
* Monitor daily cash position and report bi-weekly reserve requirement.
* Manage customer and account(s) setup in wire platform per agreements.
* Review ACH transactions for file suspends, deletions, and reversals within system deadlines.
* Reconcile foreign checks for receipt and adjustments.
* Analyze, prepare, and submit foreign checks for cash letter or collection.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ year's previous banking experience required. Wire room experience preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills and computer experience required. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, critical thinking, and attention to detail and must be able to exercise good judgment. Strong customer service and follow-up skills required. Requires the ability to learn and retain guidelines for the following regulations 'E' and 'J'.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: AAP - Accredited ACH Professional certification preferred.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the phone. Must be able to use hands to key information and handle objects. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
