Job Description

Sales Support will be responsible for managing the start toend RFP process to deliver new business sales. Ensurestimely and accurate enrollment, installation, setup, andeligibility for newly sold accounts. Ensures successfulproblem resolution of early issues with accounts.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 18.51

Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Qualify requests, collect and review specs, engage with broker to gather all relevant details, review matching for strategic capabilities leveraging knowledge of products and networks.• Develop plan for quote and proposal delivery. Assist in development of proposal and coordinate resources needed. Leverages knowledge of products, networks, and industry.• Coordinate collection of responses for RFP, data collection, scrubbing data, pricing for all products, work in Salesforce/CPQ, data entry to move the RFP through to completion.• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate contract installation. This includes interfacing with client and broker, underwriting and operations for all required forms, paperwork, signature documents, files and information for eligibility and transition of care, etc. for all products sold on a case. This is precise work on high volumes of material where accuracy and attention to detail is critical to protect against the high cost of rework.• Prepare presentation materials• Support enrollment processes and manage case through first 30 days, including network, coverage, and setup needs.• Participate as Salesforce SME and system/process SME, providing input to corporate teams on proposed changesand enhancements and their impact in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5+ yrs relevant experience• Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or salessuch as: product/process/systems knowledge,underwriting, sales practices, account management,healthcare RFPs, and knowledge of administrativeoperations• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability tomodify communication delivery based on audience• Exceptional project management skills and attention todetail• Exceptional relationship-building skills• Demonstrated planning/organizational skills; ability towork on many issues at once and to prioritize work• Demonstrated ability to develop strong workingrelationships with matrix partners to drive deliverables• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel,


HS diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience
