Position Summary and Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage product portfolio such as performance, pricing, positioning, etc 
• Responsible for pricing strategy; periodically analyzes pricing models and prices products to meet profitability 
• Protect core business, optimize processes (account management, business process, etc.)
• Lead development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth objectives
• Develop and execute growth plan outside of legacy business (business development)
• Recruit, develop and effectively manage sales & marketing team 
• Be an effective member of the management team
• Ensure compliance in relevant areas 


  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree highly preferred or 2 years’ experience.  
  • Position requires a minimum of 9 years’ supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal/oral and written communication skill 
  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • U.S. Person required for this position, includes but is not limited to, U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents
