The Program Director is responsible for the direct management of all aspects of both the High-Risk Offender Program and the New Freedoms Program at the assigned sites. Responsible for the supervision of assigned counselors and the implementation of the clinical operations of the program. This position works closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.

This position is located at MCI Cedar Junction in Walpole, MA. This position will be moving to Souza Baranowski Corrections Center in Shirley, MA in September.
Pay Rate is $54,000. Spectrum also offers comprehensive benefits including but not limited to: health/dental benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement!
 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

• Corrections experience preferred.
