Penn Medicine Princeton Health is currently searching for a Full Time, Days, Licensed Practical Nurse for the Princeton Medical Center at Princeton Medicine Physicians.
Position Summary: The licensed practical nurse acts as a partner with the ACO Care Coordination Team and performs specific functions and activities delegated by a Nurse Care Coordinator. The licensed practical nurse’s role is that of an associate nurse on the care team assigned to the ACO and other value based programs.
All PHCS employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.
- Graduate of a nursing program as an LPN
- Active Practical Nurse License in the state of New Jersey
- One (1) year related work experience in treatment of the program's patient population
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism essential
- A customer service orientation, a teamwork approach, flexibility, organizational and problem-solving skills.
