We are currently seeking a Human Resource Manager



Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the 'pulse ' of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and specific skills

  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to 'roll up your sleeves '


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish)

  • 5+ years human resource experience (2 years as a manager)

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • Demonstrated track record for creating and implementing HR processes, policies and procedures

  • Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 3-5+ years.

  • Prior experience with a similar size company (50-100 employees)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to interface effectively and establish trust with employees, managers, and groups at all levels in the company

  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality with regard to employee and business issues

  • Ability to build strong partnerships with line managers

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills

  • Working knowledge of employee benefit plans

  • Training and group facilitation skills
