This position comes with $12.50/hour plus shift differential. We are primarily looking for afternoon and weekend availability. We will provide all the training and equipment you need to succeed in this position!

- Provide accurate documentation for all caller incidents
- Following up with the customer on open issues
- Escalate advanced help requests as needed
