Responsibilities and Duties Accommodate the needs of customers Communicates menu changes, recipe changes, and procedure changes to the staff. Prepares food items according to recipes, instructions and customer orders, and follows food handling and safety requirements Oversees and monitors portions and food quality Oversees the cleanliness of the restaurant to meet Nifty Fiftys standards Balance drawers after all shifts Maintain a program for sound employee relations and safety of all employees.
