Mobile Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic team environment
Dependability is a MUST
Ability and willingness to perform physically challenging tasks for extended periods of time
Learn and follow established procedures/ directions for assembly
Excellent aptitude in various hand tools and power tools
Very good physical strength and stamina with the ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects over 75lbs.
Able to work long shifts (overtime required)
Comfortable working from ladders and in tight spaces
use basic tools to modify components if necessary
Good hand eye coordination
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work easily and skillfully with hands
Experience requires plumbing and light electrical with general handyman type skills
General Knowledge of valves, pumps, solenoids, relays and other mechanical components(a plus)

Forklift and rigging experience(a plus)
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines


Electrical troubleshooting Electrical testing, Fuses, relays, etc. Print reading Use of hand tools Welding Past work with production equipment
Replacing electrical motors & drives Replacing gearbox's Repairing pumps Repairing conveyors, chain and rollers.
Fork truck experience and Some rigging.

Electrical Safety Mechanical Safety Lockout Tagout procedures Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Experience with PLC helpful

Essential Functions:
Performs routine and preventive maintenance for ensuring the ongoing functioning of facilities.
Repairs equipment and systems for the purpose of ensuring a safe working condition.
The ability to safely work on 480-volt control panels and 277-volt lighting circuits. Includes diagnosis, repair and installation of all wash equipment and variable frequency drives.

Use of controls, 24v AC/DC through 110v AC. Working knowledge of multiple
Works is various areas, inside and outside, in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. Job requires person to be in constant movement. Will be heavy lifting (0-60 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping
