Job Description

Screener Agents- Outbound Calls

With a casual family culture and a relaxed but high energy atmosphere we take pride in delivering quality customer service.  Currently seeking candidates to work in an outbound call center where you will be contacting, qualifying, and transferring interested and qualified consumers to the sales department. Individuals that have worked in a high-volume call center (auto-dialer experience is a plus), collections, or other positions where you have may have worked in a structured, scripted environment are the candidates we are looking for. We are looking for candidates that are quick learners and can adapt to change in a
growing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Must provide professional customer service while calling people that have expressed interest in receiving a free quote on auto service coverage plans.
- You will be working in a scripted and structured environment where you are encouraged to deliver the message through their own enthusiastic personalities.
- Ability to use appropriate scripted rebuttals to overcome customer concerns and objections.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Will be required to provide a pleasant buying experience for customers while assertively pursuing every opportunity.
- Achieve specific calling and conversion goals.

 
Hours: 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday
Hourly Salary: 12.00 (14.00-15.00 with bonus is the average take home salary per hour)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 1 year of outbound call center, collections, telemarketing, sales or scripted call experience reflected on a resume( VSC, Solar, Tele sales, or Mortgage is a plus .If you have this experience please reflect it on your resume).
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Listening skills are key (must be able to articulate, show enthusiasm while talking with people on the phone)
- Computer literate with good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in auto-dialer a plus but not required.
- Ability to take a high volume of calls inbound and outbound while quickly adapting to change.
- Must be comfortable manipulating through several screens and working on multiple programs.

•Resilient, positive, goal driven with a desire to succeed and make money.
•Must have excellent attendance & reliable transportation
