Who We Are Looking For:

Woodard & Curran is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial Wastewater team and deliver water and wastewater projects to Industrial clients in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Goods markets. The successful candidate will be capable of leading multidiscipline teams and viewed as a valued problem solver, contributing to the technical delivery of the projects, while keeping abreast of industry trends and client priorities.

Woodard & Curran delivers projects ranging from engineering studies to complete designs culminating in the construction of wastewater treatment systems, executed through a variety of contracting mechanisms including Design/Build. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating a variety of project types and approaches, while becoming a trusted partner to our clients, and playing a key role in expanding our growing business.

The position requires a strong communicator with the demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and mentor project teams.

What You Will Be Doing at Woodard & Curran:

* Use Woodard & Curran processes and tools to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget related to a variety of projects, including multi-disciplinary engineering projects and design build efforts.
* Work directly with clients and diverse teams to lead the delivery of projects related to providing technical advice, planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services for the industrial clients, with a focus on water, wastewater, and water reuse.
* Communicate frequently and effectively with clients, potential clients, owners and regulators.
* Support Business Development efforts through the preparation of proposals, participation in project interviews, and support of marketing activities and initiatives.
* Execute projects utilizing in-house Woodard & Curran engineering, drafting, and administration staff and solicit and secure subcontracts where required to deliver the work.
* Negotiate agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as required to manage risk and achieve project goals.
* Mentor staff and provide technical direction, including senior technical review, as required to support the project.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

* Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, Masters preferred
* Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with an engineering consulting or design firm.
* 5+ years as a Project Manager with proven track record of successful project management.
* Professional Registration preferred.
