As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for establishing PaaS product portfolio that drives revenue and enables customers to adopt Akamai's compute platform. The scale/distribution of Akamai's platform combined with the focused/developer-friendly compute solutions via our acquisition of Linode positions Akamai to provide a set of highly differentiated solutions in the compute market

As a Senior Product Manager , you will be responsible for:

+ Defining the strategy and owning the product definitions, UX, Dev and PLG experience for the products within the portfolio

+ Gathering and prioritizing customer feedback, turning ideas into market leading experiences

+ Providing subject matter expertise and leadership to other Product managers, customers and the field

+ Engaging and interacting with the developer community through technical write ups, meetups and speaking opportunities

**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

+ Have 12Â years of relevant public cloud experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

+ Be an expert in leading teams in a complex and cross functional environment

+ Have experience managing the customer journey

+ Be passionate about working with customers and finding creative ways to solve their complex problems

+ Experience working with Developer experience, user experience or customer experience

+ Be self-motivated, highly responsible, and have outstanding communication skills

**Compensation**

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $134,466 - $214,782/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
