RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with a client, a prestigious services firm find an Accounts Payable Administrator in the heart of the Boston, Massachusetts (MA).
Their Finance team is looking to fill an Accounts Payable Coordinator role. This person will be responsible for the Accounts Payable function by following the company's accounting policy and procedures.
- Prepare weekly check run, assemble checks for signature, and mail checks
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure we have received all invoices
- Monthly Balance Sheet account analysis
- Setup new vendors and create physical folders
- Enter invoices into computer system and pull back-up
- General office duties (filing, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with internal team, employees and vendors
- Feel comfortable enforcing policies and procedures
- Thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Able to multi-task and adapt easily
