Receptionist needed for a professional services firm in the downtown Mobile area

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Answering a very busy, multi-line phone system
  • Data Entry - will be tested
  • Working in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proofreading documents 
  • Handling the mail
  • Greeting visitors

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Receptionist in a professional office setting- law firm, business office, etc. - THIS IS A MUST
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must have very friendly demeanor
