Receptionist needed for a professional services firm in the downtown Mobile area
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Answering a very busy, multi-line phone system
- Data Entry - will be tested
- Working in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Proofreading documents
- Handling the mail
- Greeting visitors
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 2+ years of experience working as a Receptionist in a professional office setting- law firm, business office, etc. - THIS IS A MUST
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communicator
- Must have very friendly demeanor
