Robert Half Marketing and Creative is partnering with a digital agency on their search for an Account Supervisor who is strong in demand-generation marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and brings B2B experience from an agency setting. The Account Supervisor plans, coordinates, directs and implements advertising campaigns while on a multi-function account team. The Account Supervisor understands multi-funnel marketing, has built campaigns that move the needle for their clients, and likes to take a consultative approach to working with clients to meet their business goals. In this role, you will also ensure that campaign strategies are implemented on time and within budget, and adjusts or redirects strategies as needed. You will supervise account managers -- must have experience with direct reports in an agency setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Denver based agency that has expanded their workforce to be "work from anywhere". We are looking for top notch, B2B Account Supervisors who work well in a 100% remote work environment and can still be collaborative and engaged with their team. If you prefer to be in the office, and are local to Denver (or planning on moving here), they will still have that option, post-pandemic.

  • 6+ years of B2B demand-gen/marketing automation experience, with at least 4 years at an agency
  • Experience building b2b-focused advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends
  • Knowledge of full-funnel marketing tactics & strategies
  • Polished communicator with clients
  • Leadership experience (at least 2 years of management experience)
