Roles & Responsibilities:

• Rate: $17.50
• Enforce the rules and policies of Castle Park, State Laws, County and City Ordinances
• Assist in maintaining a security presence on property by patrolling on foot and being observant and quick to report all incidents
• Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the property, check areas for unauthorized persons or vehicles, unlocked doors, and fire and safety hazards
• Respond to emergency situations promptly, evaluate the nature and severity of the situation, and act accordingly, including calling for assistance and interacting with local law enforcement and other EMS services if necessary with the assistance of the Manager on Duty
• Write detailed reports of theft, injury, property damage, conditions of property, unauthorized persons on-site, etc.
• Perform inspections of all items brought into the Park through bag checks
• Escort guests and/or team members as needed
• Serve as loss prevention in applicable areas
• Retrieve lost items, return to appropriate guests, and manage lost and found area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete any tasks as requested by EMT Supervisor or Management

Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws
