The hours for this position are standard core hours with options for overtime as well.  

The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
* Replying to questions that include payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and payoffs.
* Recommending solutions to problems brought forward
* Performing periodic audits of files

Qualified candidates will possess the following: 
* 1 year of expeirence in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment.
* Proven track record of performing at high levels
* Ability to possess professionalism and high standard of ethics.
