Our client, a trade association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Customer Service Representative to join their busy team!

About You:

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of CRM and membership software.
• Proficiency in MS Office Products; technologically savvy.
• Excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, problem-solving, time/task management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) on-site at the Washington, DC location.

The Job:

• Respond to member requests and issues; process inquiries regarding cancellations, transfers, etc.
• Perform appropriate research to resolve issues.
• Work in the database, run reports, and record departmental stats.
• Fulfill certificate, transcript, and other requests including production, verification, and billing.
• Partner with accounting on member billing.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $21/hr-$22/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $47K-$50K when made permanent, depending on experience.
