Your Role

The Sales Support Specialist is a key role that supports the Supply Chain Consulting’s sales and project delivery teams.  This role has responsibilities that include:
  • Support the development of sales proposals using PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Opportunity management
  • Ensure pricing occurs for each Opportunity
  • Ensure legal review is complete for each CR/SOW and signed
  • Reach out to prospects for lead generation
  • Coordinate with clients for sales meetings
  • Conduct client follow up discussions
  • Support the development and delivery of sales campaigns
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and support development of whitepapers
  • Support a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment with peers and cross-functional team
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional team (Field Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Project Delivery Managers, Business Development leaders)


Qualifications we seek in you!



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or with minimal direction
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Excel skills to support sensitivity analyses and project pricing models
  • Project Management tools familiarity (MS Project, Smart Sheets preferred)
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong external and internal customer service mindset


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with supply chain and management consulting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint/Knowledge Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) system is a plus
  • Functional user of real-time collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Miro/Mural is a plus)
  • Experience in sales proposal development is a plus
  • Ability/flexibility to work outside core hours to meet critical deadlines while maintaining work/life balance is a strong plus
