Bilingual Field Service Engineer

Derived Salary: Up to $28/Hour

HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a Semiconductor Equipment Supplier in need of a Direct Hire Bilingual Field Service Engineer in the North Phoenix, AZ area.

Position: Bilingual Field Service Engineer
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 830AM-530PM
Location: Deer Valley, AZ
Need to travel to client's site per request.
Compensation: $28/hr. to start
Once completed 3-month probation, you'll get $30/hr.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing the installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and products.
  • Address customer complaints and provide solutions for equipment-related issues.
  • Assist in machine assembly and support testing operations to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Conduct maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) operations to support customer satisfaction and long-term product reliability.
  • Communicate with subcontractor on construction progress 
  • Managing field operations, conduct site inspections.  
  • Modifying design, ensuring durability and improving efficiency and safety. 
  • Developing prototypes, offering technical support and generating reports.
  • Responsible for handling administrative various tasks and communication related to the project assigned
  • Organizing and preparing documents based on client requirements.
  • Processing and organizing orders, equipment orders, and filing.
  • Act as on-site POC with client for this project and be responsible for all work assigned by the client.
  • Other project coordination and administrative assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have Bachelor's or higher degree in EE, material or chemical engineering, and other engineering-related field. 
  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Willing to work in cleanroom/in fab and travel between job sites. 
  • Strong customer service skills and solid problem solving skills.
  • Multitasking abilities with shifting priorities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn project SOP 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers
  • A few years of relevant experience is a PLUS
  • Able to pass 10 Panel Drug Test and Background Check
