Job Description:

The COO organization working across the GTO GBAMT/ERFT/TI Organizations is building a centralized portal as one stop shop access to all internal reporting & dynamic dashboards for senior leaders.  This role will partner with COOs/Business Support Managers as well as the report category owners across s in Finance, Work Force Management, Risk, Technology Operations, Portfolio Management and Associate Engagement to design and build new reports to add to the inventory and ensure needs are met. Adoption is a key part of this function as we launch the portal and monthly new reports across all 1-2 deep leaders it will require building out thoughtful rollout plans, communications and marketing. This role must have good facilitation skills, experience in documenting requirements, business intelligence and or reporting programs and solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver new features and enhancements to our business intelligence dashboards, portal & AI Solutions

  • Work with business stakeholders to document requirements and provide wireframes of new tool use case scenarios

  • Work with Agile Scrum team to evaluate the Features, write effective user stories, document business rules; and with the Developers to review technical design, identify enablers and dependencies.

  • Responsible for backlog refinement and will facilitate discussions regarding requirements within the team and with external dependencies.

  • Leading analysis for scoping and prioritizing projects and enhancements to add to the roadmap planning

  • Coordinate and perform detailed business analysis; develop functional/business and technical specifications

  • Drives and participates in design, development and implementations

  • Ensure requirements are captured, prioritized and communicated to appropriated groups

  • Understand the technical challenges, work with developers and the business users to timely resolve the issues and/or escalate

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution

  • Proven Project Management / Lead Development and Technical Analyst skills and track record of solution delivery

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills for all interactions with Business and Technology partners.

  • Experienced with gathering user requirements and analyzing technical documentation

  • Ability to communicate and work with Developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied

  • Ability to communicate and work with Testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

  • Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

  • Ideally experience in business intelligence and reporting solution delivery

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

  • Tools: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS projects, confluence, Jira

  • At least 8+ years’ experience on large scale projects/initiatives

  • Experience in Agile methodology
