This three-month summer 2019 internship is a full-time position intended for college students entering the senior year in a Bachelor’s degree program focused on Accounting, Finance or a related field of study. 

We are seeking college students eager to enter into a clear development path in Finance Accounting or Operational Accounting within Morgan Corporation.

You will be provided with training and mentorship for a variety of aspects within Accounting and will have the opportunity to work on high-value projects.

Financial Accounting includes gaining professional experience in general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

Operational Accounting duties may include daily table maintenance, opening and closing work orders, preparing/sending weekly scrap and inventory transaction reports, manufacturing surveys, operational reporting, account reconciliation, journal entries, inventory transaction review and more.

This internship will help you to identify areas of high interest as they relate to our industry and could lead to a full-time position as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk.

Entering the senior year of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field of study in progress during the summer of 2019.

Understanding of accounting principles.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

High level of personal accountability and a strong sense of urgency.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.


Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required.

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
