Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Call Center Agent


Job Responsibilities

As a Care Support Representative, you will be:

  • Responsible for inputting and locating participant information in member management system.
  • May contact participants for scheduling and enrollment information
  • Utilize Policy and Procedures for locating participant demographics when participants have been identified as unable to locate or no response
  • Verify participant eligibility and diagnosis verifications Input direct referral participant information to member management system
  • Contact participants for initial assessment to identify program intervention level Contact participants for scheduling of Baseline calls and Home Visits Assist Clinical Assistants as necessary



Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Call Center Agent


RequirementsSuccessful candidates for the Customer Service Representative role must have healthcare experience in a call center environment. Someone with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills would be a good fit for this dynamic customer service role.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 - 5 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Experience in a call center or healthcare industry, preferred
