Associate Scientific DIrector

This is an Associate Medical Director opportunity with a leading medical communications agency. This role will be primarily focused on strategic publications and medical affairs accounts. You will oversee 1-2 Medical Writers, be highly client facing and develop scientific content and strategy. Remote candidates will be considered.


  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD or MD preferred)
  • 4-6 years' experience working in scientific services in a medical communications agency
  • Experienced developing and reviewing both medical affairs and medical publications materials including Gap analyses, scientific platforms, abstracts, posters and manuscripts
  • Experience mentoring junior scientific staff
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
