Quail Run Behavioral Health located in Phoenix, is currently seeking an RN to join our team! It is our mission that Quail Run Behavioral Health consistently provides a supportive, compassionate and innovative environment of patient centered care.

Our Staff Nurse provides safe and effective nursing care in the assigned areas in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department of Nursing Services. As a key team member in the clinical area, our staff nurse promotes a climate of effective performance and learning through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff. Job Requirements

::Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.

Experience: A minimum of one year in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.  Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or holds an interstate compact license from a participating state.

Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.  CPR certification upon hire.  Successful completion of Handle with Care, including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.

Shift:  12 hours – full time, nights

Quail Run Behavioral Health is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility that opened November 17, 2014! Our services include acute inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. We have been opening our 102-bed facility in phases and currently, we are accepting referrals for both our adolescent acute care/inpatient program and our adult acute care/inpatient program. We will continue to expand our acute care capacity for all populations, including opening the geriatric unit and the children’s unit soon! We are now accepting referrals for adults in need of services in our partial hospitalization program and our intensive outpatient program as well!

At Quail Run, we have a team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and recreation therapists working together to support the process of discovering hope and inspiration while undertaking the necessary steps to progress toward wellness.

Our team of professionals will develop an individualized plan of care to meet the unique needs identified throughout the assessment process. With service excellence as a priority, our team takes pride in offering quality care in a compassionate and comfortable environment. Whether it is our intake and assessment team assisting you in connecting with the appropriate program or our treatment team developing a plan of care, you are at the center of the process.
