Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid eligible, St. Louis)
Job Description

Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your deep subject matter expertise to strategize and execute on the digital efforts for Enterprise Bank & Trust including the continuous improvement/development of our website, email, social media outlets, and any other digital assets. You will work with the marketing team to grow the Enterprise Bank & Trust brand including inbound B2B lead generation, lead nurture, and customer loyalty by utilizing multiple digital channels/platforms and techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, evolve and execute on the brand's digital strategy in correlation to business and marketing goals/objectives
  • Orchestrate the execution of omnichannel digital campaigns across all digital channels and platforms, including but not limited to website, paid and organic social media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, video and email marketing
  • Create and manage personalization and optimization strategies
  • Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, improve conversion and ROI working with the Marketing Operations team
  • Provide analysis, recommendations, and optimizations for all digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage the paid media budget including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other third-party partners
  • Stay up-to-date on current and emerging digital trends, best practices and technology
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact with our digital marketing agencies and vendors


Qualifications:
  • Proven lead generation, lead nurture and customer loyalty expertise
  • Knowledge of strategizing, creating, and optimizing SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, digital ads and retargeting
  • Strong verbal, written communication and listening skills
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Big picture thinking with a knack for attention to detail
  • Works well in a fast-paced and team environment


Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with lead generation, marketing automation, and Salesforce in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with or in a regulated industry preferred


Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None


Required Computer and Software Skills:
  • Working knowledge Drupal or similar CMS along with HTML and CSS
  • Paid media platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Pardot or other automation software
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools
