Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Pending Board Approval)
Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Pending Board Approval)
Location: 3027 S New Haven Ave, Tulsa, OK 74114, USA
Position Summary: Provides districtwide leadership in the analysis and support of special education behavior analysis. Supervises the Early Intervention team in the support of the special education processes, practices, and procedures for behavior analysis in alignment and compliance with state and federal regulations. Promotes quality and compliance of special education programs and services to improve student outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in applied behavior sciences, psychology, education or other related field

Experience:
- Three (3) years’ experience working with school-aged children with moderate to severe disabilities, autism and related disorders, or other developmental delays (in an educational setting preferred)
- Experience and training in performance of functional behavior assessments and functional analysis assessments, development of behavior plans, training, and use of emergency behavioral interventions
- Experience in developing and supervising interventions and programs based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
- Possess or ability to obtain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) state licensure
- Possess or ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
