We will be interviewing virtually on May 10th and would love to get you in front of our managers.

We are working with a client that is growing like crazy and adding to their team.  We will be interviewing in your area within the next couple of weeks and can provide you the opportunity to meet directly with the hiring managers.

SCHEDULE: Most roles require ability to handle a flexible schedule which is typically a 15x6 rotation which is 15 days on and 6 days off including nights, weekends, and holidays.

TRAVEL: If you are required to work in an oilfield basin away from your “home” location, you will be provided airfare to that location in most instances.  Some of our basins require local candidates or candidates within a drivable distance (under 300 miles each way)

ACCOMMODATIONS: While on rotation to a basin, you will be housed in a “man camp” and provided all meals there or provided hotel-based housing and a per diem to cover meal costs

REQUIREMENTS: The requirements vary by role but all of them require a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.  You will need to pay a background check covering 7 years (some misdemeanors are okay), a Hair Follicle Drug Test and in most instances a Physical Agility Test.  If your role requires a CDL, we also do an MVR check.

Here are some of the roles we are hiring for:

EQUIPMENT OPERATORS (PAY $17 - $22/hour plus Overtime):These roles also require a Class A CDL or permit. As an Equipment Operator, you’ll help manage the equipment that makes the pioneering work we do possible. It’s a role that varies from day-to-day, but you’ll always work as part of a team committed to making sure our equipment is in the right place, at the right time, performing to our high standards. We work with state-of-the-art technology, and it will be your responsibility to ensure it’s being deployed as effectively and safely as possible. If you’re curious, willing to learn new skills, and want to work with industry-leading equipment, then this is the ideal role for you.

CLASS A CDL DRIVERS (PAY $17 - $22/hour plus Overtime): Our Drivers are essential members of our crews. They are primarily responsible for the safe and effective operation of various types of vehicles. Safety is our number one priority, so all our drivers must successfully pass an assessment, attend a driver training course, and give a satisfactory commentary drive before they can drive company vehicles. Successful drivers are committed to safe journey management. They are detail-oriented and pay close attention to the environment in which they work, and the passengers and equipment for which they are responsible on each journey.

MECHANICAL/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (Pay $17 - $26/hour plus Overtime): Mechanical Technicians manage our mechanical equipment. You’ll be responsible for repairs, preventative maintenance, and process improvement across a range of different equipment.

FIELD SPECIALISTS (Pay is $20 -$24/hour plus Overtime): Our Field Specialists focus on the vital technical and operation procedures that ensure our sites are safe and our customers get an exceptional service. You’ll receive intensive training in troubleshooting, safety, client interaction and develop a deep technical understanding of what we do. Through a combination of hands-on learning and formal training, you’ll become the company’s representative on-site, with supervisory responsibility. You’ll work through a range of complex, practical challenges and develop innovative strategies for solving them.

BULK PLANT OPERATORS (Pay is $16 -$20/hour plus Overtime): The Bulk Plant Operator operates the district bulk plant facilities so that the prepared products and bulk materials can be delivered to well sites while maintaining excellent quality control and by company policies and procedures. He/she assists in training other operators and trainees. Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards and observes all health, safety, and environmental policies to reduce environmental impacts.
