Our client, a national firm, is looking for bilingual data entry specialists to start remotely ASAP! You will be answering phone calls and processing applications for a national project. The right candidate is motivated and has experience working with customers over the phone as well as exceprience in an administrative role. They need support on both their weekday and weekend night shift (Saturday-Wednesday, 3pm-12pm or Monday-Friday 3pm-12pm) and they are looking to pay 14-15/hr!
Responsibilities:
-answer incoming calls from applicants about their application
-process applications with accuracy
Requirements:
-written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish
-ability to multi-task
-experience working in a fast-paced environment
-the capacity and equipment to work from home
