Bushnell Golf is dedicated to providing Golfers that strive to improve their game with accurate and useful data they can trust. Three years after launch, we are looking to take BushnellGolf.coms digital commerce experience to the next level.

Are you obsessed with digital commerce? Are you a big picture thinker with the skills to tactically execute? Do you want to own the consumer on-site experience? We are searching for a budding ecommerce strategist looking to test their theories as a Digital Product Manager for

The ideal candidate is a balance of coach and player, taking direction from leadership to sharpen the product roadmap of our digital commerce experience (web) while leading the day-to-day execution with a lean, cross functional team. In a typical day you may review upcoming launch campaign plans with our Golf Brand manager, align on acquisition strategies with your content and media counterparts, and brief your UX designer and developer on a new site feature. Your prior experience has helped you understand the virtuous cycle of creating, capturing, and keeping customers. You believe in an omni-channel world. You enjoy building. You believe that ecommerce should (at the very least) never harm the brand, but digital experiences should strive to reinforce it.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Own of all CRO (conversion rate optimization) & site optimization tools, responsible for managing and executing the CRO Roadmap.

  • Lead an in-house cross-functional team to continuously improve product/site management with agile development processes.

  • Thorough, on-going backlog prioritization to balance consumer needs with business objectives.

  • Create, execute, and manage programs with media, content, and brand management counterparts to supporting our core KPIs -- traffic, conversion, customer retention, revenue, and profitability.

  • Function as an intermediary between the business stakeholders (Golf Product, Brand, supply chain, customer service, and technology teams) and your immediate team to drive platform sprint planning, execution, and innovation.

  • Proactively follow market trends in both digital commerce and customer relationship building to stay on top of best practices and propose innovative solutions.

  • Inspire new customers and build loyal and lasting relationships with existing consumer base.

  • Drive a team culture of innovation, constant optimization backed by testing and data.

  • Manage up by analyzing performance data, communicate business process opportunities, and data challenges to direct manager and leadership.

  • Play a supporting role in annual strategic business planning for key short- and long-term e-commerce initiatives.

About you:

  • eCommerce nerd

  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications, or technology.

  • 4-7 years of in-house client-side, agency, or consulting experience relevant to digital marketing or ecommerce related role.

  • Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and promoting collaboration.

  • Experience working with senior leadership to share recommendations and gain alignment amongst diverse stakeholders.

  • Basic knowledge and ability to navigate Google Analytics (or similar).

  • Experience working in agile project management methodologies (e.g., scrum, Kanban).

  • Experience with consumer-facing Digital commerce platforms, big or small (Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).

  • Theoretical understanding of tech stacks, front-end, and back-end development based on years of collaborating with developers and technical directors.

  • Experience working on Agile or Scrum development teams.

  • Knowledge of todays site optimization and commerce vendor landscape.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and understanding change is the only constant in digital.

  • Clear, concise, and user-friendly people skills to easily transmit your ideas to any audience.

  • Meticulous enough to work in the weeds but strategic enough to play in the clouds

  • Ability to self-manage ones time while working on concurrent projects

You might have:

  • Experience working in industry or personal passion for Golf .

  • 2+ year of experience as digital strategist, digital product manager or product owner, scrum master, or technical project management.

  • Technical aptitude is a plus. You are not expected to be a coder, however you will need to be able to learn basic HTML.

  • Experience with Digital Commerce specific metrics (conversion rate, CPA, CAC).
