Administrative Assistant / Account Coordinator
Our client, Empower Retirement, is seeking a contract Client Management Specialist to provide operational support and manage the client activities for the Client Services team. This is an internal client supporting role through October. This project-based role is a remote position. Entry-level opportunity if you are starting a career in the Retirement Services or Finance industry.
Provide clerical and system support for the Client Services Team
Process operational workflow
Creating, maintaining, and updating documents
Retrieve and research plan data
Working in multiple data bases
Associates Degree in Finance, Business or related
A minimum of 1-2 Financial Services experience
Customer service or client services experience
Proficiency in MS Excel
Intermediate Access skills a plus
Ability to learn systems quickly with a seamless start
Must be able to work effectively in fast paced environment
May work onsite in Enfield, CT or remote position
