The EBP Intern is expected to support improvements that are occurring during 2021.  The successful candidates will have completed their collegiate sophomore year or higher.  We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns' skills and identify their career goals.  This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization.

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering a summer internship in our Enterprise Business Planning department. The EBP Intern is expected to support improvements that are occurring during 2021.  The successful candidates will have completed their collegiate sophomore year or higher.  We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns' skills and identify their career goals.  This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization.

The EBP intern will enter information into Salesforce for each part of the sales process (prospect, opportunity, win, contract, manufacturing forecast) is critical information to allow FDB to understand, measure and take necessary action for our performance in each of our service offerings as well as implement key account/alliance management   Best practices have been implemented over the last year improving the integrity of these data.  However, there is still a significant amount of data that is missing and it is unlikely that the existing staff will have the capacity to identify the gaps for update  Having these data updated in salesforce would significantly improve our ability to trend our performance and allow more data based decision making and understand relationships within key accounts. 

 The intern will be responsible for identifying missing information and working with Commercial and Program Management teams to update Salesforce. They will also assist in reconciling Companies and Prospects within the system, de-duplication of data, addition of contacts, and assist in improvement of overall data integrity. The intern must be computer proficient with a high attention to detail and possess clear professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.  An interest in data management and business is preferred. The internship position has the following minimum requirements:
  • Must have completed sophomore year or higher of college
  • Must be majoring in Life Science or Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering disciplines
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
