Robert Half Finance Accounting has an exciting opportunity for a creative and results driven Sr Financial Analyst to make positive, impactful change at a high tech solution oriented organization. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting, strategic and operational planning, forecasting, strategic projects, monthly/quarterly/annual results. Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance including investment, acquisitions, divestitures, profitability trends and business direction Working with the Finance Executive Leadership Team refine the monthly financial reporting package and lead the execution of this important monthly deliverable Implement new financial procedures to advance budget variance analysis and close visibility gap Support the financial assessment, presentation and approval process for large, multi-departmental projects Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, report variances and document underlying planning assumptions. Manage and refine the development and execution of monthly and quarterly earnings analysis and presentations focused on the internal operations. Leverage close working relationships with the regional finance teams to develop a global approach and perspective for the financial management of the company Please email resumes to:

Job Requirements

Senior level finance, controlling and accounting experience in a complex high tech business with a global workforce 4+ years of directly applicable finance or accounting experience in a progressive, fast paced environment Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Master?s Degree and CPA preferred Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others outside and across the organizational structure ?including executive leadership, to build meaningful relationships, and to drive for results across functional lines Ability to innovate and create strategies that significantly improve financial practices that enable the organization achieve business results Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting combined with a strong attention to detail and the ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience Knowledge of finance, accounting and budgeting principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system a plus but not required Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections Strong knowledge of laws and regulations from government or other control bodies that impact the financial practices of the organization Key Leadership Characteristics: Organizationally Savvy Focusing on Action and Outcomes Getting Work Done through Others Making Complex Decisions Understanding the Business Inspiring others Acting with Honor, Character and Kindness Communicating Effectively
