- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance - At least 3 years of Accounting experience - Ability to meet deadlines - Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment - Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills - Well-founded grasp of GAAP - General ledger experience - Month end closings experience - Knowledge of account reconciliation - Journal entries experience preferred - Bank reconciliations experience - Proven knowledge of financial statement preparation - Reliable skills in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills
