We are seeking a long-term temporary HR Recruiter in the Ripon, California area. Highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Recruiters might be interested to consider this skill-defining role. This position's important duties include recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. This position's duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Job Requirements

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals - Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks - 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience - This position will be best given to someone who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity - Strong familiarity with HRIS - HR (Human Resources) experience preferred - Solid understanding of recruiting - Interview Processes experience required - Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
