Safran Aircraft Engines designs, produces, and sells, alone or in partnership, commercial and military aircraft engines offering world-class performance. Safran Aerospace Composites in Rochester, NH is dedicated to the production of 3D woven composite parts, made using the RTM (resin transfer molding) process. The first application of this technology is the production of blades and fan cases for the LEAP (registered trademark) engine, developed by CFM International, designed to power the next generation of single-aisle aircraft. This position plays a crucial role in the development of Safran Aerospace Composites. Uniting the Engineering and Maintenance teams, the Maintenance Reliability Engineer is responsible for examining, formally defining and standardizing Maintenance practices and processes for production equipment and facility equipment. This will include routine maintenance and servicing, troubleshooting and repairs, and monitoring and installation of industrial equipment. This position brings uses and engineering approach to maintenance practices by proposing improvements to preventive maintenance plans, contributing to the objective of reducing the overall cost of industrial maintenance, and creating KPI's and tools to improve through the use of predictive maintenance.
