Position: Customer Support Administrator
Location: New York, NY (10004)
Middle Office Support
This position reports to the New York Middle Office Team Leader and is responsible for supporting a team of Client Managers and Client Intermediaries.
Key responsibilities include the following:
* Monitoring faxes/ emails on a daily basis
* Assisting team members in daily administration activities including scanning and filing
* Assist with processing payments
* Participate in special projects as necessary including the timely and accurate completion of project related deliverables
2-3 years' experience in financial services
* Operational background with understanding of the financial payment systems
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
* Team Player
* Excellent organizational skills/Attention to Detail
