Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Langhorne, PA!

About You:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a professional setting
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Incredible attention to detail to process and analyze documentation accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally and partner with various departments and external contacts
  • Strong ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment

Day to Day:

  • Process contract and vendor documentation for new accounts, ensuring external stakeholders have fully and accurately completed all necessary forms
  • Communicate onboarding processes thoroughly to external contacts, act as a main point of contact and answer any questions as needed
  • Submit complete contract paperwork to correct internal departments for final approval
  • Adhere to all federal regulations ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Work independently while still contributing to the larger team
  • Assist with special projects as needed
