Volunteers of America, Inc. The Maintenance Worker II is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of
the building and grounds including some minor repairs. May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to
50 pounds without assistance.
High School diploma or GED preferred with two years of maintenance experience.
Clean all interior and exterior areas on a scheduled and as needed basis.
Coordinate work of staff as assigned.
Complete work orders as assigned.
Assist in computer tracking of maintenance activities.
Assist in routine site safety inspections and maintenance.
Provide back up in emergency safety situations.
Perform other duties that may be assigned.
