Job Description

Direct hire Customer Service Call Center position in Cypress Station (North Houston)
Full time with great benefits!
Job Description:
  • This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be an Asurion employee from day one.
  • You will be taking information from existing Asurion customers to file an insurance claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged phone.
Qualifications:
  • Must be available to work from 12pm-9pm during the week(4 days) and 11am-8pm on the weekend (1 day)
  • Must have at least six (6) months of customer service experience.
  • Must have experience working with difficult or upset customers.
  • Must have computer skills.
  • Must have good tenure in previous positions. Only 3 jobs between 2013 and 2018
  • Must have a great attitude!
Pay:
  • $13.00 ($14.00 for bilingual -FLUENT in BOTH English and Spanish)
  • + monthly bonus opportunities up to $600/month!

Schedule:
You must be available to work from 12pm-9pm during the week and 11am-8pm on the weekend. You will be scheduled four (4) days during the week and one (1) day on the weekend. We are unable to accommodate any different schedule requests at this time.
You will be required to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
