Office Assistant

Vintun LLC is seeking an Office Assistant to support the operations team at the company's headquarters located in Alexandria, Virginia. The successful candidate will assist the Contracts Manager and Accounting Manager by performing a variety of administrative tasks. These tasks include:



Facility Management

  • Coordinate with IT on all office equipment / asset management
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies
  • Plan and execution of company events on a quarterly basis; coordinate catering for meetings on an as needed basis
  • Assist with ordering of supplies and marketing materials



Human Resources / Recruiting

  • Partner with Corporate HR to maintain and communicate office policies as necessary
  • Maintain proficiency with Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct initial candidate screening
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with IT for onboarding materials for new hires



Accounting Support

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory for all office locations
  • Review office supply procurement with accounting manager
  • Receipt retainment and reconciliation



Job Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree from accredited University
  • Must be in the D.C. area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary. Vision abilities required in this job include close vision.
