Long term care specialized pharmacy call center with locations across the United States. Call center is looking to add customer service representatives that will be receiving inbound calls from customers/facilities/patients that have question regarding their prescriptions. They will do research and answer all questions- could be refill, change address, checking coverage, transferring prescription, etc. Is very high volume with speaking to 27,000 patients and facilities weekly.

Receives in-bound communications from facilities, customers, and pharmacy personnel. Document in real-time, call details within CRM with accuracy. Responsible for following the specific dialogue boxes within CRM to obtain pertinent facts, and information. Document concerns relating to the performance and service of the pharmacies as they work with the facilities. They are also responsible for ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and positively. This ensures customer satisfaction and positive customer experience


  • MUST have recent health care call center experience
  • MUST have health care experience
  • MUST have medical experience
  • MUST have good job tenure


1st Shift- 6am-530pm
2nd Shift- 2pm-1130pm
3rd Shift- 10pm-730am
